What are Our Shipping Policies?
We offer many shipping options for US Customers to choose from. For our International shoppers we also offer several shipping options. The choice is yours. We also offer free shipping to US on orders over $100.00
We is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for lost orders shipped to an incorrect address. If you provided us with an incorrect address, you assume all risk. We add tracking confirmation to each package so you can track you purchase all the way home. If you want insurance you will need to ask for it. We are very experienced at packing and shipping your purchase. You can count on it!
Our shipping fees include shipping tracking and a small amount for handling. The shipping/handling fee includes postage, the cost for packaging, labels, etc., cost to fill the order. By completing the order, you accept the shipping/handling fees. We also recycle when we can.
Shipping Delivery Time
Except for our busiest period, orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your order. During our busiest period, it may take up to 9 business days to ship from the day you placed your order. The delivery time is based on the time it takes to process your order in the order it was received. Note: We live in rural USA and do not have mail pick up on Sundays or holidays.
